Brighton Road Studios provides much needed affordable workspace for creative practitioners in Gateshead. The redevelopment of this grade II listed church enables creative people to develop their individual practice within a creative, vibrant, and mutually supportive environment.

Brighton Road Studios has 14 creative workspaces (average size 350 sq ft). The affordable monthly rent includes business rates, water rates, unlimited broadband access, use of communal facilities and meeting room, 24/7 access, bespoke creative and professional development support.
